Our Shell Cove Project involved Constructing a contemporary double-story home with a pool and outdoor alfresco/entertainment area. This was a unique project to be a part of as it allowed us to showcase our expertise in utilizing various construction materials to achieve a remarkable end result.
This project incorporated a number of different construction materials in order to benefit the owners’ requirements. With the use of Hebel floors and walls, we ensured both structural integrity and enhanced insulation, allowing better energy efficiency within the house, thus providing a comfortable living environment. The combination of Brick Veneer Render, Alucobond, and James Hardie Matrix Cladding infused the exterior with a modern and visually captivating aesthetic.
Given the coastal location, we understood the importance of using stainless steel fixtures and fittings. This choice not only adds a touch of elegance but also ensures durability and resistance to the corrosive effects of saltwater, allowing for a long-lasting and low-maintenance solution for our client.
The inclusion of a swimming pool and outdoor alfresco area undoubtedly enhanced the living experience, creating spaces for relaxation, entertainment, and enjoying the coastal lifestyle.
Our project in Kellyville incorporated a complete house renovation. With the goal of creating a dream forever home for our clients, we embarked on an extensive journey to transform this house from top to bottom.
Externally, we began by giving the house a fresh and modern look. Sand and cement render, new windows, Patio tiles and a new front entry door were installed to enhance its curb appeal. A stunning concrete driveway was added, along with thoughtfully designed landscaping, creating a welcoming entrance. And to make the most of the beautiful Australian weather, we built an outdoor deck complete with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for hosting gatherings and enjoying the outdoors. Knowing the age of this home we recommended to replace the existing roof tiles on this project due to previous leaks. This will prevent any damage to the newly renovated home from any bad weather.
Inside, we took on the challenge of redesigning the layout of the house to maximize space and functionality. The entire house was gutted, giving us a blank canvas to work with. Collaborating closely with the client and engineers, we incorporated structural amendments that allowed for better flow and a seamless transition between areas.
Once the structural layout was complete, it was time for the internal fit out of this project with new linings, new bathrooms, Kitchen, Laundry, Tiled Floors, Carpeted Rooms, new architraves and new internal doors with hardware.
But what truly makes a house feel like a home are the unique design elements and personal touches. Our clients had a clear vision, and we worked diligently to bring it to life. With a keen eye for detail, we incorporated their chosen themes and styles, creating a space that reflects their personality and taste.
Our client in Castle Hill had expressed their desire for a double garage addition that not only provides ample space for their vehicles but also serves as a haven for their passion for cars.
This Design and Construct projects consisted of elevated 3.5m ceilings, a two-post car hoist, and a specially engineered concrete foundation and driveway. The Ultimate Man Cave!
In order to create a stunning aesthetic, the client had chosen the renowned James Hardie Matrix Cladding system as the external cladding for the structure. This system gave a modern look, allowed for a hidden side door and matched the façade of his existing residence.
In this particular project, we focused on several key areas to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the house. Starting with the heart of the home, we installed a stunning new kitchen that showcases 40mm Caesarstone benches, plenty of cupboard’s spaces and a mosaic tile splashback. These high-quality countertops not only provide a durable and stylish surface for meal preparation but also add a touch of elegance to the overall design.
To further elevate the interior, we revamped the bathroom and laundry areas. Through careful selection of matte black fixtures and quality materials, we created spaces that exude both convenience and sophistication. The incorporation of new floor tiles throughout the house adds a cohesive feel and enhances the overall visual appeal.
For ultimate comfort, we replaced the bedroom carpet giving a cosy and inviting ambiance to each bedroom.
In addition to the interior updates, we installed new doors and hardware which not only enhances security but also adds a fresh and modern touch to the home's facade. The entire house received a fresh coat of paint, revitalizing its appearance and giving it a renewed sense of vibrancy.
Lastly, we enhanced the backyard by installing a new shed and laying fresh turf. These additions provide additional storage and create a lush and inviting outdoor space where the family can spend quality time together.
The Merrylands project may have been a simpler one, but it was no less important to us. We believe that every project, regardless of its complexity, deserves the same level of care and attention. Our client wanted a new modern kitchen as well as new Hybrid Timber Flooring throughout the ground floor.
After meticulous planning and design to ensure that the new kitchen and butler's pantry would not only meet the client's needs but also elevate the overall aesthetic of the home. We worked closely with our kitchen designer to select the perfect cabinetry, countertops, and appliances that would bring the client's vision to life.
The installation of Hybrid Timber Flooring throughout the ground floor was an exciting transformation. This type of flooring combines the beauty of timber with the durability and low maintenance of laminate, making it a fantastic choice for busy households. The new flooring not only adds warmth and character to the space but also provides a more cohesive and modern look throughout the entire ground floor.
To make the kitchen and butler's pantry truly shine, we focused on incorporating innovative storage solutions and high-quality finishes. From soft-close drawers to pull-out pantry shelves, every detail was carefully considered to maximize functionality and ease of use. The sleek and contemporary design of the cabinetry, complemented by stylish countertops, creates a stunning centrepiece for the home.
Our Granny flat project in Greystanes is currently under construction. This Design and Construct project was for our client looking for a better investment return for their property. Due to the demographics of the area and the value the build would bring onto the client’s property, a 2 bedroom granny flat was recommended.
We are currently at the slab pour stage with all groundworks and formwork complete. We will be uploading more updates on this project as we proceed.
